More with Kelli… {Tacoma Portrait Photographer}

On Saturday when I met up with Kelli and her mom in Seattle, Kelli was disappointed that there wasn’t any graffiti around the area (there had been a wall, but it’s since been painted over)…so I mentioned that there was some great graffiti in Tacoma, if she was willing to come down that way? She didn’t hesitate a bit and said WHEN can I come! We arranged for yesterday (Tuesday) morning to meet up and take some more photos…and this time she brought along her sister, Lindsay. Perfect…a sister to help out, suggest some things and also to include in the photos! These girls were so much fun… we laughed a lot and it was obvious, that despite probably not always liking one another…they are great friends…so refreshing to see this!! And, we were quite lucky with the weather…it was overcast, but bright and no rain…although by the time I got home, it was pouring…someone was looking out for us!
So, here are some more of Kelli’s photos…as well as Lindsay…good luck to Kelli in figuring out what you want…it’s going to be tough!
Kelli is currently enrolled in Running Start with plans to become a nurse in the future…what a great goal…I see a bright future for her!

Family time…

Not only is it time for a family session, but this is part of my family in this session. My son, Josh, his wife, Miranda, and their daughter, Jayden. They were part of my dual sessions on Saturday and again, the weather worked out for us…though a tad cold…we all survived! You’ve all seen Jayden…probably the most photographed four year old around…and of course, my favorite subject…and as today, occasionally, her parents get in on the photos. Always fun, they are eager to do about anything and love having frequent updated family photos! So, here are a few from that afternoon (okay, so I’m a bit biased and have more than a few!)…enjoy…I sure did!

The “J’s”

Saturday morning it was a tad cool and slight sprinkling, but not enough to hold up another session! This morning I was meeting the Joyce family…Jeremy, Jennifer and Joshua! They arrived at our planned location, ready to go and although Joshua, three, wasn’t sure he was going to like this and seemed to think he didn’t want to smile, I managed to get some pretty cute smiles from him! Of course, being “three” means you do what you want when you want…which is challenging for me, but as I’ve said before, I always love challenges! My husband is GREAT at entertaining the kids and today he didn’t let me downn(he never does). And although by the end of the session we were all a bit cold…it was great fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the family and hope they will like the shots I got!
