Wallman Family | {Tacoma Family Photographer}

Ahhh, finally the weather cooperated for an outdoor session for this family and not only was it dry, but we had lot of sunshine…SO happy!!! The Wallman family…Ed, Kerry, Maddy and Max have become friends over the past couple of years as I’ve gotten to know them during their sessions and I really look forward to seeing them each time! It’s so hard to believe that Maddy is 5 1/2 and headed to kindergarten next year and Max…he just turned 2 in April – I remember the day Kerry told me she was expecting him…it doesn’t seem possible that so much time has passed! Maddy and Max…both are such cute kiddos and both have such amazing hair…Maddy…long, wavy brown hair that flows so lovely in the breeze and then there is Max…with his absolutely adorable blond curls…my oh my…such CUTIES!!

I love this photo of Max…such an sweet and innocent little one…who has lots of energy and kept me on my toes! He made me work for his shots and it was SO worth it!!Not much sweeter than a daddy and his kiddos…LOVE!!Max sure loves his MAMA!

I managed to grab a quick couple of shots of mom and dad…which were quick as the kids took off as soon as they realized they weren’t in the photos!! LOLWhat a wonderful family…Maddy and Max sure a lucky to have such great parents who totally adore them! ~ SWING TIME ~YEAH….sunshinePlaytime with daddy!These brown eyes are amazing with Max’s blond curls!

Family foot wear…love their colors…all suited to their personal tastes!!A momma and her babies…you always want to keep them little like this!Make a wish….
So happy we had sunshine and a warm day for your session, Ed and Kerry…you are a delightful family and I hope you enjoy these photos…and know that more are coming your way!

Delightful Logan | {Puyallup Children Photography}

What a treat it was last Saturday afternoon to meet this cute and busy baby…Logan, just 8 months old is VERY active and quite the charmer. Beautiful eyes and long locks that most baby girls would envy…he charmed me from the moment he woke up upon his arrival! It’s not uncommon for a little one to take a bit to get comfortable with my studio, the lights, my camera and of course, me…but Logan was smiling and playing from the word GO!! He was awesome and such fun! I was amazed and impressed when at one point…he crawled a bit and then just stood up…and did a few squats!! For an 8 month old, that is huge and I can see he will be walking SOON and keeping everyone around him quite busy! This is such a fun age…they engage when you talk with them, play with them and their sweet personalities begin to shine through and this little guy definitely made my afternoon!

And, you can see just how much his momma adores him…obviously would do anything for this little guy!!

At this age, EVERYTHING goes in the mouth…and although I can’t imagine just how good it would taste…Logan seemed to really enjoy the wooden fish!!

Both Logan’s dad and mom adore him and it’s obvious he is truly loved…which is what every baby deserves…and needs!!

Is this not the cutest shirt…Logan looks like a little ROCK star…I can only imagine in 20 years that he will love these photos…And, Logan’s grandma joined him for his session and I can imagine just how much she loves this little guy…more than words can say!!SO sweet!!!!!!!!!

LOVE ~ LOVE ~ LOVE

Bare baby buns…too cute, but this might be one that Logan won’t like as much in 20 years….LOL

I love this photo…it’s as though he’s being protected by his parents and feels secure and confident!

Logan, it was wonderful to meet you…as well as your mom, dad and grandma…you are a sweetie and I know you will continue to charm all who meet you!!

Ainsley…4 Years Old | {Tacoma Children’s Photography}

It doesn’t seem possible that Ainsley is already FOUR years old! She was just 6 months old when I first met her and it’s been great to watch her grow and change the past couple of years! She is not only a beautiful little girl, but very bright and a TON of fun! She tried to play “shy” when we first met up on a cloudy Sunday morning, but that didn’t last for long…before long, we were running, climbing stairs and playing games! That is one of the best parts of my job…I get to play a lot…be silly, make faces, and encourage my “kids” to do the same!! I loved that Ainsley’s mom wanted Ainsley being herself…so the funny faces and the great expressions were part of who she is…and I think she figured me out pretty quick, as she had me working out, while we played/shot….and she managed to get quite a few piggy back rides from me on some of the stairs we climbed! As I said, a smart little girl! Despite the cool weather, we managed to stay warm by moving a lot and really, this is what a child at this age is doing anyway…moving and learning and exploring…which is what I love to watch…and capture!! So…here is Ainsley…….Isn’t that smile AWESOME!!!And SUCH pretty eyes…with lots of sparkle and a definite glitter for life!!Now, I believe her mom knows this look well…and I LOVED it…how could you ever get mad at this face!!She loved all the colors of the glass…it was great to “see” something new through her eyes!!Ahh, the reward…a cherry sucker and it was well deserved, Ainsley was great and SO much fun!!

Meghan, great to see you and Ainsley again…and to meet your mom…enjoy the photos and know that there are some more to come!!
